Ratification Results: 2025-2028 Faculty Contract Ratified by PCCFA Members! 

Thank you to all PCC Faculty Association members who voted to ratify the 2025-2028 faculty contract (Collective Bargaining Agreement). The PCCFA is pleased to report that the faculty contract has been ratified by members, and the Board of Trustees approved the faculty contract at last night’s meeting as well.  

The PCCFA Executive Board’s work isn’t complete, however. While we enjoy this victory, which includes a salary increase for 2025-2026, the new faculty contract includes a reopener on salary and healthcare for 2026-2027 and 2027-2028, and the Board will begin preparing for those discussions in the coming semester. Please note all other terms in the faculty contract have been finalized for 2025-2028.
