Application forms are available in Human Resources (C204) for those who are eligible and who wish to apply for sabbatical leave during the academic year 2020-2021. The forms are also available on the Human Resources page online. The link to the forms is listed below. You may refer to the current CBA, Article 5.17, for specific eligibility requirements. Please submit applications to the Office of Human Resources by 4:00 p.m. November 1, 2020.

To help you complete your application and answer any questions you may have, workshops will be conducted by the Sabbatical Committee. These meetings will be conducted via Zoom. Please see the dates listed below:

Tuesday, October 13, 2020 – 12:00 – 1:00 p.m
Thursday, October 22, 2020 – 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
