Uploading Proof of Vaccine/Booster and Compensation for Booster and Weekly Testing
Dear Faculty:
Yesterday, you should have received a message from the College regarding the new vaccine and booster submission platform plus details about compensation for the booster. Even if you previously submitted vaccine and/or booster information, the new platform requires that you re-enter this information no later than May 8, 2022:
PCC has updated its vaccine and booster submission platform. Our new system will make it easier and more secure when providing this necessary documentation. Please note:
- All eligible faculty are required to receive boosters by May 8, 2022
- Faculty will receive $500 for submitting proof of receiving the booster by May 8, 2022
- Payments will be issued on June 1 for full-time faculty and June 5 for Adjunct Faculty
You may submit your booster information at this link. As part of this new platform for submitting Covid vaccine and booster info, you’ll need to have ready and submit all Covid vaccine information even if you previously submitted this to the college. Details of previously submitted vaccination information are no longer available.
That email also included details about compensation for weekly testing during the Spring 2022 term:
For each week that you submit a Covid test, you are eligible to receive $75. Here is the payment schedule for those payments:
- Payment for testing done during the months of January – March will be issued on May 1 for full-time faculty and May 5 for Adjunct Faculty.
- Payment for testing done during the month of April through May 8 will be issued on June 1 for full-time faculty and June 3 for Adjunct Faculty.
Note: Only faculty with active assignments are eligible to receive these payments.
