Adjunct Office Hours will increase from 6 hours paid per semester to 8 in Fall 2015.

Medical Insurance – the District’s contribution to employee medical insurance will be capped at $1,772.34/month, which is 5% above the current premium.

Other Fringe Benefits, such as dental vision, and life insurance, will be included in the contract. | |
Retirement Incentive of 75% of 14/15 base salary according to PARS plan will be offered to employees meeting the following criteria: |

CONTRACT LANGUAGE
Separate MOU for 12/13 raise
Term of Contract is from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016.
Adjunct Rehire Rights become effective in Fall 2015. Adjuncts who have 6 semesters (not intersession) of employment and most recent performance evaluations that are satisfactory will have first consideration for an available similar course to those previously taught.
FA Reassigned Time will increase from 1.2FTEs to 3.0 FTEs in Fall 2015.
A list of unit members will be provided to the FA each semester.
A Chair Study Committee will meet to identify and discuss potential bargaining issues related to possible implementation of a Chair system. |
