The Faculty Association and the Academic Senate are happy to announce that after meeting with the District last night, Tuesday evening, and this morning, the District has agreed to give faculty a choice whether to remain face-to-face or transition to online, regardless of Form D status. 

You must notify your Dean of your choice between online or face-to-face by Thursday, August 19, by 5:00 pm.  Be sure to read a joint announcement from the District, the Academic Senate, and the Faculty Association with further details, which will be released today after 1:00 pm. 

The joint-negotiations between the District, the Academic Senate, and the Faculty Association, regarding all non-instructional faculty will continue tomorrow morning at 10:30 am. All comments to the Board of Trustees regarding Form “Ds” should be withdrawn.
