Dear Faculty:

Before the spring term ends, the FA Negotiations team would like to give you a quick update.  

The FA will begin negotiating a successor agreement to the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (aka the “faculty contract”) with the District.  Currently, we are working with the District to schedule the first round of Negotiations meetings and deciding upon the order of Negotiations issues.  We have a few dates in June set, but we are also trying to work out some possible dates in May.  Negotiations can be a long and drawn-out experience, so we expect to be negotiating all summer long.
