We will be cancelling our December 10^th meeting, as the college President is having his party that day, and many of us have division events to attend as well as wrapping up our classes.

The Faculty Association is actively engaged in settlement talks with the district to determine settlements pursuant to the PERB case.  To this end a number of documents are under review.  Upon reaching a settlement, members will be notified.  The District has agreed to implement a Winter intersession for the 16/17 academic year.

The Faculty Association Leadership Team wishes all of you a great holiday season and a relaxing break.  We look forward to seeing you all again in the new year.
